Yes. It is a fact that you will hardly be able to plan vacations like other years given the economic and social uncertainty we are experiencing. It does not make sense to ask 30 days in advance to recover 90% of the down payment.
If you cancel 10 days before arrival, you recover 90% of the deposit.
If you cancel 5 days before arrival, you recover 50% of the deposit.
If you cancel 2 days before arrival, you recover 10% of the deposit.
If you find yourself with limited movement in origin or with closed borders and you cannot get there; or if you are in a Covid-19 health quarantine; or any other cause of force majeure by Covid-19, you can recover 100% of the deposit, less the management expenses.
Yes, in any case, if you prefer, we will keep the deposit for a future stay, up to 12 months after the original arrival date. We ask you to inform us as soon as possible to try to re-rent your accommodation.
